Saalt Soft

I like this cup, but have only needed to use it for like one full day. My introduction to menstrual cups was the flex cup. The one thing that i grew to dislike in the flex cup was how firm it is. I suffer from arthritis in my hands and wrist so sometimes i cant grip as well and i kept running into issues keeping the cup closed. Which is what lead me to purchasing this. The cup is much bigger than the flex cup and i do have to get used to removing it. The flex cup is nice because of the easy to find pull tab. The Saalt Soft is way easier for me to insert though and maybe the reason why I grab for it over the flex cup. I will say it is trickier to remove, but i havent run into much difficulty there. Overall it gets a 4 because of ease and size, but a point off because of the removal difficulty.

First time period cup user and it is still an adjustment getting the fit right, but once I get it in it's wonderful and I don't notice it at all. So glad to have found this option and can't wait to try the disc after some more trial with the Saalt cup. So thankful for this store and these options!!

I was matched this cup through the Period Nirvana Quiz and I was lucky enough to have it be the best cup for me right off the bat. I tried one other brand but I find myself reaching for this cup every month because the fit and firmness is perfect for me.
