Saalt Disc

I was scared to try a menstrual disc and I can honestly say, I’m never going back to tampons! Minus the first (minor) freak out trying to remove it, it has been SUCH an easy transition. Inserting was super easy (got it on the first try) and once I figured out how to remove it with my long nails, I haven’t had any issues since. The removal notch definitely makes it easier. Zero odor, zero leakage - no more panty liners! I don’t have to worry about having a tampon on me anymore. I honestly don’t think about it at all while it’s inserted - such a peace of mind. I sleep and swim in it without any issues.

Convert from a cup

I had been using a cup for a while and it would frequently leak. Finally I tried a disk, even though I was worried about using it correctly. My first time inserting it took some effort and it was be messy removing it, but within a few days I felt like a pro. Now I am a total convert - no leakage, even if I leave it in for a while on my heaviest days. I don't feel it when it's in, and it's easy to remove with the finger notch. I have a low cervix and got the regular size.

All the benefits of the cup without the suction feeling!

I love the Saalt Disc! So much more comfortable than the cup, and easier to insert and take out due to no suction and a more flexible material. Recommending this to all my friends! I did get some light spotting on my heavy days, but with the period thongs it was perfect
