I haven’t mastered this cup yet. Either it was slipping down and the nub was sticking out or I put it too high and it causes cramping. I will keep trying but I think I may need to move to a smaller cup. I would also pick one with a skinnier nub to grab onto. Pros were the material was easy to work with and a nice color.
