The customer service is absolutely terrible! I cannot get anyone to respond. The machine broke down after only 3 months of use. I have reached out for help with troubleshooting multiple times via email, but have not received a single response. After subscribing for 6 months, I was given the choice of receiving my deposit back or a gift card. However, when it came time to redeem it, the computer suddenly didn't recognize my customer number and email. I reached out for help with this issue, but the person who finally responded had to forward the information to someone else, and that person never reached out to me. I would give half a star of it were available.

This is the only scent I will purchase. I am so afraid to try anything new. This scent never disappoints. I have bought this for myself and other family members. We are hooked. I can’t bring myself to buy a different one. Try it out for yourself. It’s amazing!!!
