Sensitive Volume Shampoo

Wanted to love, but left hair too dry & brittle ...

I was so excited to find this site, and purchased several products at once, since I like to rotate my shampoos (volumizing vs. repairing). Probably a mistake, since it's too much hassle to try and return, given the company's policy. Unfortunately, the volumizing shampoo & conditioner (which I'm lumping together since they work in tandem) left my short, partially-highlighted hair feeling really dry & rough (despite being good at volumizing, which is why I've given it 2 stars). I don't know if it was the shampoo or conditioner (or both), but my ends did not feel moisturized afterward. I actually had to comb the conditioner through hair while in the shower, as its texture was thick and dry-feeling, with "drag" instead of gliding over the hair more easily. These formulas just weren't as silky or elegant as I'd hoped. That said, if you have oily, fine hair that tends to lay flat, the Volumizing line would probably work really well for you. I just don't think it's ideal for hair that has a rough or damaged cuticle.

Volume sensitive shampoo/conditioner has given my hair new life this last year. Light feel. fluffy look. No perfume to irritate. Perfect for this senior's short Grey hair and skin allergy issues. No other product compares. Salute to the creators!
