When I received my kit, the 4 tie down rings were missing and the box was not damaged. I contacted them and they quickly sent the missing pieces. This is a great product and company. I highly recommend!!!

Best investment for a new trailer

We just bought a new side entry/ rear ramp 22ft enclosed trailer, we haul a wide variety things from cars to motorcycles and restaurant equipment. The new rails and tie down system worked perfectly. We'll be buying more accessories.
