Balancing Shampoo & Conditioner

I feel this comoany is very deceiving in its pricing. It says Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner on the top and, in smaller print, that I only ordered the conditioner. They also do not pay for the shopping either to get it to you or the return shipping.

I use balancing shampoo and conditioner to wash and condition my hair .

I use these two products to wash and condition my hair which is not colored is strawberry blond, some gray , and very fine. With blond hair you don’t want oily shampoos and conditioners especially if it is fine. It changes the color to darker and clumpy looking. Not pretty.

I love the product but the only problem I had for three times is broken leaking all over or it’s not safe cover from inside
