Smart Weft™ | 18" Straight

The hair was very thin, very fine and had breakage having to replace this hair with another vendor’s hair. Wish that I could get some communication from your company. I have sent emails and I’ve left messages and no response. Very disappointed.

The wefts are not long at all. You need like 8-10 for a full head when other brands all you need is 4 wefts. Definitely not impressed

Installed these wefts on myself, 4 days ago, to investigate the numerous quality complaints I’ve received from clients. I have 20+ years of install and care experience, and can honestly say, these wefts were sub-par, right out of their packaging. The ends were dry and coarse, and immediately began to split, tangle, and show signs of weakness/nodules, further up the hair shaft. I’ll be lucky to get a month of acceptable wear, so I fully understand why clients are concerned.
