As expected.

So far, I’ve had this product for about 5-6 weeks now. i haven’t started noticing much changes except for shedding. I read that this is a normal part of the process and it is expected. i’m hoping that the hair growth will start to come in soon but too soon to tell. Other than being new, I can say that managing this daily for 6 mins is a breeze. I’m hoping that if i continue with my daily 6 minute treatment i’ll start seeing results soon!

Too soon to tell they noticed issues turning unit on

So far I think my hair /scalp feels better so think it’s working. However, from day one, though noticed issues turning the system on, sometimes that on and off button doesn’t engage the unit to turn on which I get nervous about. When I received it, the inside box cardboard was ripped so not sure if it was dropped. I was debating whether I should talk to the warranty team from day one. Sometimes it won’t go on unless I play with it and I keep it charged all the time so I don’t know if there’s a real issue or not, I’m still waiting to see if I need to talk to the warranty department.

It’s only been one month so I really can’t speak of the benefits yet, but I think it’s a well constructed cap
