Pad Thai

Made me ill…not good for IBS folks. Too much red or green peppers. No umami.

This was way too spicy for me.

Oddly tomato-heavy but palatable

My pad Thai meal wasn’t too heavy on the lime flavor, which I see other people have commented on. Mine was oddly heavy on tomato flavor- it was kind of like a pink ketchup-y flavor on rice noodles. Not really wowed by this meal - I felt like I could buy an instant Asian ramen package or something like that which would taste better and dump my own peanuts on it for a “pad Thai”-esque experience…
