I take 1 capsule at bedtime and it helps with sleep and also helps with morning bowel movement. It has multiple other overall benefits of recovery as well. Great Product. I buy the 6 pack for good savings.

What i dislike is the fact that i did not want the last thing that was sent to me and would not refund the amount. I still have the unopened bag of your product. You stated that i should not send it back without a refund number you would send to me. You never sent a refund #and you keep sending me offers and no method for my fefund!
