Very Versatile for an Espresso Roast!

Bare-Knuckle is great. Very smooth, which caught me a little by surprise. I’m drinking it in cappuccinos and French press, and enjoying it both ways immensely.

Good coffee, poor online communications

I ordered Bare-Knuckle Espresso beans on 10/1. I received no information and was not even sure the order had been taken. On 10/15 I got an alert from shop. com that the package was being sent. It took a few more days to arrive. The coffee was pretty good, and I liked it. My issues were 1) more information needs to be sent to confirm an order and give expectations of progress, 2) charging over $10 to ship a 12 oz package 50 miles on UPS ground is a bit much. For local pickup it would be fine, but the mail-order side needs some improvement.
