Love Truboo
I love the feel of this yarn, its sheen and its weight. It has a wonderful drape in the finished work. I have used it to make "knitted knockers" (www.knittedknockers.org) for a friend, and am currently crocheting the Zen cardigan (pattern on this website.)

Yarn weight desingation not accurate
I ordered this yarn for a specific project that called for DK weight. The shipment for this order was longer than I feel it should have been (and longer than for my previous order). When the yarn finally arrived, the color was what I expected and the yarn was silky, but the weight of the yarn was closer to sport weight than DK weight. In order to achieve a nice tension and not make the fabric too loose, I chose to make one size larger rather than increase my needle size to obtain the proper gauge.
This is the second time I have ordered from Lion Brand, and with the extended length of time to ship an order, the issue with the weight of this yarn, and the fact that the color of my previous order did not match what was advertised, I most likely will not order from Lion Brand again.

Splits-ville ... a real pita to work with
This yarn was specified by a patter I purchased. I found the bamboo yarn an utter PITA to work with. I finally gave up and gave it away. Will buy some cotton (or some other blend) and start over with the pattern.
It is indeed very soft & shiny. However it splits like crazy, even when going super-slow and being careful. This stitches also really slide around, so it can be difficult to even count the chains, much less track what you are doing.
I’m hoping I can pull this pattern off with a different yarn…
