Forever to Receive and Terrible Quality Materials

Took over 6 weeks to receive the bed frames after a lack of product availability and fulfillment "mistakes". None of which were communicated by Birch but required a follow up on my end. Was shocked to see the poor quality of materials upon opening the box. The exterior facing veneers are peeling at the corners and adhering poorly. The grain patterns and color do not match. The interior materials (slats) are not only poor quality wood with many defects but are also marked all over with various multiple colors. Slivers, chips and structurally poor knots are abundant. Very surprised Birch management and production managers deem this product acceptable. It certainly does not match their advertisements.

Beautiful bed frame, super easy to assemble, I did it by myself. Love it and won't go back!
