I have never been much for multivitamins, however, these are we the most complete formula with good dosages I’ve ever seen. I feel I’m getting everything I need.

Great multivitamin

I bought these for my husband. He says they’re easy to take and don’t taste bad either. I was a little worried he wouldn’t like them because they smell like any typical multivitamin and he was used to taking a low quality gummy vitamin. So far he’s consistent in taking them and says he feels better in the morning after he’s taken them and more rested. I say awesome!! We love body health products!

This multi vitamin has everything I need. Was buying a lot of the ingredients separately now I just buy Multi Complete. I feel great and have more energy at the gym. Shipping was fast too.
