Shipping Problem
I ordered a V-Bracket. No biggie right? Had it sent to my P.O.Box. Was shipped and sent back. Novix sent it UPS. Apparently UPS doesn't deliver to the Post Office. Sent 3 emails , ZERO responses finally got someone on phone.They said would send it standard mail. Still haven't received it.

Great product and service
I'm a DIY'er when possible so when I needed to repair some old Lone Wolf climbing sticks I gave some thought to fabricating something to replace the damaged V-brackets using materials I had in my shop. I'm glad I didn't spend the time doing it. Great quality and a perfect fit for my old sticks. The price on these is more than fair and installing them and new steps, also from Novix, was a breeze. I was blown away by Novix's customer service, too. Literally 10 minutes after I placed my order I got a notification that the order was shipped. And then they called the next day to thank me for my business. For a $50 order! Very impressed by the entire experience.
