Perfect for autistic people with sound sensitivity

I have autism and use these to mellow out the sounds in my surroundings. I wear these day and night, even with headphones, and take them out for showers. Love them and can only recommend for people who want to soften sounds but still want to hear everything clearly.

Lots of Hype, Little Impact

I bought a pair of Flare Calmer a few years ago after reading all the positive reviews and claims about reducing harsh sounds. Unfortunately, I honestly can't tell any difference between wearing them and not wearing them. The product is comfortable enough and doesn't block sound like traditional earplugs, but that's also part of the problem. In my case, there was no noticeable reduction in listening fatigue, background noise, or irritating sounds. I tested them in various environments over a long period and never experienced the improvement that was advertised.

Love them

I put them on preventively when my youngest children are at home. It helps enormously to stay calm and have more patience. The inserts are very handy because I use them a lot.
