Essential Thong

lower rise than my Period Co. S's, and so much LESS padding. These are cute, comfortable, and effective. I wear them with a diva cup during heavy days and by themselves during light days and have been SUPER impressed with their coverage and leakproof-ness. I bought the M & S; M's fit with small gapping on my lower back. (Curvy-athletic build, 5'8", and 145 pounds; typically a size 26/4.)

These period thongs are amazing. I wear them all the time the last three days of my period, even for workouts they are so comfortable. I am 28 waist 41 hips and I got a medium, they have stretch to them as well, not very high-rise. more of a low rise of mid rise fit. I’ve tried a few other brands, but these are by far the best.

Great period undies to wear as backup for every day wear,or for light flow days . I wear these to work when i am wearing pants that i dont want a VPL On. They are a bit thick in the gusset area, so i try to avoid wearing these with anything TOO tight but they are a great option to have. i would LOVE to see these in a more seamless style in the future, so that i could wear them to the gym. As it stands rigt now,if i wear them under leggings you can see that i am wearing thick period panties. Other than that, i love the quality and how they feel. I love that my aisle underwear dosent stretch out as easily as other brands in the past have.
