While the ordering experience in SHOP was great & the LEGO product received was as expected, the shipping & order fulfillment from Goodwill Bluebox was horrible. After placing the order, it took 7 days for the company to get the order to USPS for delivery, and took an additional 3 days to arrive. I’m guessing they over sold their quantity and I was unlucky and had to wait until they had the next stock a week later to fulfill. I messaged GW BB directly with my complaint as well, with ZERO response. Their customer service has not been good on this transaction, as well as previous purchases.
