Better than anticipated
Perfectly customizable and even with memory foam, you still have a cotton layer or three before it even comes close to touching you. If you do however choose to use the memory foam, flipping the pillow over in the night becomes a petty issue. Albeit, i have NEVER had to flip my pillow with it.

I'm sleeping so much better now
It's wonderful to have a pillow I can customize. I tried several combinations until I hit on the one that suits me best. I am so happy to have found this.

Not convinced
I still wake up with a sore neck. I’m a side sleeper. I’ve tried different combos but still can’t make them comfortable enough.
