This is the most functional and comfortable bag. Lots of organized pockets and great quality all around. And customer service is incredible.
High quality. Swallows a lot. Good zippers but the addition of zipper pulls would be good. Metal hardware on the shoulder strap would be good, too. Premium pricing but American made, so I don’t mind paying a little more. Overall, recommended.
