The newest addition to my EH collection!
Although this is probably wonderful for baked brie, I got it for hot dips like Italian Pizza Dip and Nacho Cheese Dip--the dish keeps it warm, and I plan to ask if I can use this on a fondue stand with a tealight candle underneath. Such a pretty dish. The picture I'm posting is to show the size of the dish next to a pair of readers.

Highly recommend the cheese baker!
I have the cheese baker and it is perfect for entertaining g, the recipes are great and can even be used for a simple dinner (mozzarella and tomato sauce!). The is my 3rd purchase of the cheese baker and this time I bought several. They make such great gifts that are always appreciated. I cook a lot and this is one of my favorite things in my kitchen collection of bakeware and cookware (from EH)!

A keeper!
I tried the baked ricotta first, but found it a little bland. Am looking forward to using this with Brie during gatherings to watch football—a little more fancy than my standard fondue. Could easily use as a warmer for a taco bar and the size is great for a number of serving uses that make this piece plenty versatile—lid and bottom.
The baker itself arrived in great shape and was very well packaged (I always worry about chips or breakage). I’m a sucker for the red. The glaze should clean up nicely, although I wish it matched my pots and bakeware little more closely.
