I have had no adverse affect from this so I guess it is quietly working in the background doing its job I just mix it with my shakes or what food I might have .

The best greens powder ever!!
Such a good greens powder, I have it daily!! For a greens powder the taste is great, not overpouring and can tolerate it with water even when I'm in a rush. Great in smoothies or juices.
