Improves my digestion
I first used this product a couple of years ago on recommendation from a doctor. Among the half-dozen supplements he had me take, this was the only one that resulted in noticeable short-term improvements. I use it periodically, one tablet per meal (or more if needed), and then take long breaks. The positive effects last a while after I stop taking it. Now, taking it again after more than a year off, it is again helpful.
