5/5 Stars - Incredible Product and Elite Customer Service! I am absolutely thrilled with my Lone Rider gear and even more impressed by their customer service. After a rough off-road trip in Baja California, my Overlander 30L bag suffered some structural damage at the mounting points. I contacted their support team, and they handled my warranty claim with total professionalism. They quickly approved a replacement and went above and beyond by offering exceptional guidance for my future setup. It is rare to see a company stand behind their products with this level of commitment and speed. I am a customer for life. Highly recommended!

It shipped quick and looks great on the bike. Saving up my pennies to get the semi rigid panniers. If I had to say something negative, the only thing I can find is I'd like colors. Beyond that, it's perfect.

I LOVE IT!!! Perfect for travelling alone on the bike, probably even better when travelling 2up if you put it on the top case.
