Sensory Compression Sheet

Love this compression sheet

I never heard of compression sheets but would do anything to help my 7 year old son. He tried this and slept soundly (not his norm). He doesn't roll around nearly as much inside of it.

I could never expect it to work this well

We've been lost in the maze of trying all these different sensory tools to help my son. Well, we tried this compression sheet and after 7 and 1/2 years of having him spend 2 to 4 hours. Trying to get to sleep every night, now it's less than half an hour. I'm sure not all kids have the same needs, but he loves back scratches and having blankets tucked in around him (both proprioceptive I think) and this was such a game changer for us.

Sides must be tucked in...

Our little one must have the sides of the sheet or blanket tucked in tightly around him. But he doesn't like anything weighted or too heavy. If anything comes untucked in the night he wakes us up wanting it fixed. Since putting this sensory compression sheet on the bed, he sleeps through the night and everything stays put! It is stretchy enough that he can get in and out easily, but tight enough that it doesn't move around. Very glad we found this sheet!
