No response from customer support

The item hasn’t arrived yet but I’m worried about it. Right after I ordered the item I realized that it might be destroyed because the weather is still hot. I then saw that I could have requested a different shipping option. I IMMEDIATELY wrote to GIProHealth and told the I didn’t want them to send the item until I could get a different option. 2 days later they still haven’t responded, but shipped the item. I am very disappointed. They said they were a small company that would respond quickly. Didn’t happen for me. Hope the product doesn’t arrive in already ruined condition.

The best yogurt starter!

This is the only yogurt starter I use anymore. It produces more consistent results than anything else I’ve tried, and the flavor is amazing. A little goes a long ways! It’s worth the more expensive price tag.

Shipping

Im consistently charged for a service you clearly have no intention of providing, what ever pamphlet you want to put in the box about heat doesn't or isnt managing client expectations, just charge the accurate price for the product and provide the shipping your charging for, as a client i feel im being lied to and overcharged with this clear policy, scamming money from shipping bring into question what else are you not providing, nobody want to feel scammed with their money, I like the product but your going to lose a steady customer because of shipping
