Disappointed
I hoped that by spending a little more I'd be getting a good quality product but the reality is that the £10 plastic framed press I bought from Amazon does a better job.
Out of the three that I have received so far, two have been faulty out of the box and the one I have been using seems to suffer from a simple design flaw in that the press does not rest at the top of the pot when put in place, it simply plunges on its own within seconds spoiling the process. Returned and awaiting refund. Customer service has been good and thank you to Ruth for your support

Love this glass french press!
Trying to eliminate nanoplastics, I tried very hard to find a coffee maker without plastic parts that came in contact with the coffee. This French press is just perfect and makes great coffee.
