Matcha is not a bright green like I thought it would be from all the reviews. It's a bit muted, which makes me think it's either oxidized or it's not as high a quality as I thought it would be. It's not a bad matcha, its pretty decent flavor, but I'm definitely a little sad about the color.

This matcha is the best for lattes, blends smoothly, no cumping (even wothout sieving) and has a great flavor. Also packs just the right anount of caffeinated punch. Delicious!
