My wife purchased the yellow school bus from TJ Max but it was missing 2 of the rubber o-rings for the wheels. I contacted Moover about getting parts and they sent me an entirely new school bus. Way beyond great customer service. I would definitely recommend Moover

I am so pleased with this company! Not only do they make quality toys, their customer service exceeded my expectation. We bought the wooden school bus push wagon for our grandson. We fell in love with this little push toy and bought the last one the store had. It had a missing piece, but Moovers immediately took care of replacing it. We will continue to purchase any toys made by this company. Thank you Moovers! You are the best.
