Not sure it is worth the money for a ECG monitor verdict is still out on it

I truly wanted to love this product. But after multiple failed attempts to use it during training, I can’t recommend it. The device kept freezing, heart rate readings were inaccurate, and key workouts were disrupted. Very disappointing for a $500+ device

Last year I had to wear a holder monitor for 30 days. I could not work out with the monitor. My wrist monitor was always off and lacked detailed information. This was exactly what I needed to see data and feedback in real-time.
