Basically a nornal nailpish, whereas i was expecting it to be more transparent and buildable. The color is nice, but its also super bubbly no matter what i do.

Beautiful color. Horrible after it “dries” ot never truly dried. I waited 10 minutes and did all the steps and it smudged right after and even hours after
