Maine baked beans

They're in the oven right now. I've tried using Anasazi beans for baking since they look like the Jacob's Cattle beans I knew as a kid in Maine. These boiled up nice and tender quickly and have the texture I'm looking for that I remember from so many bean suppers at the Grange Hall.
