B for balance
Since I added this the quality is great! I feel more balanced and do not feel gittery like other b complexes. As a MTHFR mutated gene carrier I appreciate the folate and b-12. Only thing I gave 4.5 stars is I wish the amount of b6 would be more grams. If this was changed I’d most like become a subscriber of this product! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised. So far this is the only B vitamins I have been able to tolerate, and they don't stink.
