Wonderful product! I purchases it to support my recovery after surgery and it has been a wonderful addition. It is very tasty and I look forward to preparing my daily cup. The initial preparation was time consuming but not difficult. One thing, I noticed different instructions online at the Avena site and in the information included with the broth. There is conflicting info about how long the cooking time should be. (One says four hours and the other says eight.) It would be helpful to streamline the info especially for first time purchasers like me.
I would highly recommend the immune broth and plan to purchase it again as needed.
