I heard about Ranger Station a little over a month ago through my wife. On a work trip to Nashville, I stopped into the Nashville Fragrance House where I was greeted by kind associates who helped me find a signature scent I'd been looking for, while including a sample of one I didn't buy but was interested in. I felt valued and genuinely cared for. I've continued to purchase a few things over the month and will continue to be a genuine fan of Ranger Station. Cheers!

Love the product but the customer service is terrible. I bought both of the discovery sets. As noted in the “Product Details” of the discovery sets, it says you’ll get a 20% off code with your order to purchase a full size. I’ve reached out via email twice, IG msgs twice and even started commenting on the IG posts. I ordered 7/6, received 7/11, first email 8/11 about missing 20% off code & no response. Sent IG msg about email 8/13 & finally get a reply 8/14 saying they will look into it. Crickets… Sent ANOTHER email 8/23 to follow up. More crickets… So, sent a follow up IG message 8/28 (since this was the only platform in which they’ve responded) and surprise, crickets again. The strange thing that happened though… I received an email from “Rangerstation Support” but once you click on the email, it’s a bunch of random letters and numbers. Super sketch… but there was a code “GIDDYUP20” so I thought it was maybe legit. Welp, that code said it had already been used… ha.. UGH IM SO SAD
