Blocks massive stage loud speakers, lets talk through.

I often work right next to stage speakers, but my ears are not ringing at all because of these ear plugs. And I can still hear what people are saying around me. It's simply one of my must have tools for working.

Excellent for motorcycling.

I use earplugs for motorcycling and already have Isolate, Isolate Mini and Isolate 2. Once you've found the best size of foam tip, they all reduce wind noise to safe levels whilst allowing you to hear the bike and surrounding traffic. They each have different levels of comfort, becoming uncomfortable after 1 to 2 hours. These ear shades are a big improvement. The tapered shape of the foam means they'll fit a wide range of ears without having to experiment with different sizes. The smaller metal stalk and thicker, squidgier foam means you don't have to push them so far into the ear before the foam expands enough to make a seal. The reduced pressure on the ear canal means they're still comfortable after the 3 hours I've tried them so far, whist gripping better than the old Isolates, staying in place and maintaining the seal. They also seam quieter than the Isolates , which may or may not be a good thing - depending on how much you want to hear.

Great for noise cancellation

I even wear these at night as firmly pushed in, I hear nothing (at night). They also do a great job on noisy public transport like the Paris metro. Never thought it could be louder than the tube in London on certain stretches but I'm sure it is. Plus the colours are funky.
