Summertime in TX is HOT. These cookies arrived very warm. The ice packs were Hot. I removed the 4 pkgs of cookies, & immediately put them in fridge. When you want one, set the pkg out, bring to room temp. THEN enjoy. Yummy, soft, light, chewy, & Great!! If you don’t bring to room temp before you try, they are stuck together, hard to bite into. Room temp is perfection. Will definitely buy again. They are Sooo good!!ðŸ«
