Customer service is amazing. I thought the worms were dead when they arrived because of how cold it was, and they didn't start moving even after 2 hours at room temperature. They offered to replace them at no charge, but I denied it after they came to life after a few more hours.

The worms are all black, save a few. Dissapointed.

Definitely an excellent company to order from! I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I ordered 1 size of worms and was sent a second container in another size with a hand written note saying they didn't want the product I ordered to be smaller than expected so sent the next size up for free!! I had 1 happy lizard! Thank you guys so much for a great experience! I will definitely order again!
