Importance of replacing tracks and load wheels

I have found that replacing my track inserts about twice a year has been a game-changer in how long the load wheels last and quiets my ride. Similarly, new load wheels glide smoother and avoid cracking. Thanks for the wonderful ride and service GO!

The parts all fit according to Hoyle but . . .

The parts all fit according to Hoyle but they were a little challenging to put together. Made me wonder how people that are not mechanically inclined manage. However, I am extremely happy that ElliptiGo offers so many replacement parts and just lets the customer decide whether they can figure out how to use them. ;-)

Track inserts and new wheels made a huge difference in how the bike rides. Heat gun was needed to remove tracks. Screwdriver helped only in getting it started to remove.
