Very flavorful!
I used this in Greek yogurt as a fruit dip last weekend and it was delicious! I got raves. This ginger is amazing and I'll get a large jar next time.

Yummy!
This crystallized ginger didn't last long. We gobbled it down almost as soon as we got it. 10/10 will buy again!

Fresh flavor
I originally purchased the ginger for baking but I also put some in a cup of hot water and let it seep. Made a wonderful soothing, fresh flavored tea with a touch of sugar. You can even eat it just as it is out of the package.
