Great and still improving.

Just started taking the supplements in June and honestly I can tell quite a difference. Workouts have definitely not been as hard and I am recovering quicker from intense sets, along with being so much more focused. I take 2 of the brain boosters a day, and take 4 of the enduroboosts a day and practice 2x a day 6 days a week. My recovery from practice to practice has been so much better with the drink mix. I usually take 2 scoops at night. It also is a great meal for swimmers who get super anxious before meets and cant really eat. (me)

Start the NUTRO shake + enduroboost back in 6/10 and have seen many benefits in my performance.Usually take it 30 min before swim practice that last (2.5-3h swim with dry land) I think I found my best dosage and my body does feel great during practice/swim and recovery. Marking new best times in practice and meets so this is great! Soon will be marking a month since started and think really move my performance to another level. Never tried another supplement but I think this is my best fit, since I have been in competitive swimming for 8 +years.
