Annabelle Hydrangea

These hydrangeas showed up in horrible condition, leaves fallen off that were brown, bare bottom branches, bug bites and holes all on the leaves; foliage was brown and yellow. I contacted customer service and submitted photos of all the plants and damage and they told me that was “normal” and they would offer a 10% discount for other orders. I’ve never had plants show up in such poor shape for our farm. I will never order from this company again, stick with Proven Winners Direct or Fast Growing Trees.

Did not live. The plant looked bad upon receipt. I planted it immediately but did not live. All of the other plants are doing awesome! The way the plants and trees were packed to ship was above and beyond; very impressive. I ordered several trees and plants and only one casualty. Please let me know what I need to do to get a credit for this plant.

Very disappointed . My hydrangea’s arrived with rotted leaves - on all of them . I took photos and emailed the company. The response I received was basically thank you for the purchase . Nothing else ! Terrible product - worse customer service
