Very nice American made bag fits on all my bikes and holds my tube, pump and tools perfectly.

No response from customer service.
The bag looks great, I’m giving a 1 star to customer service as I have sent repeated emails stating the bag doesn’t fit my bikes and I am returning it.
I found the return instructions myself, but it still would have been nice to hear something??
AI on your website said it would fit, not even close.

Upshift Frame Bag
It’s well made and I love the design. I kinda wish it had some built in interior pockets but I paired it with one of their recycled tubes zipper bags and that’s working great. Will buy more stuff from these folks.
