This is the only place I go to get my crystallized ginger slices and crystallized ginger nibs as well as Saigon cinnamon, Mexican chili lime seasoning, Yuzu citrus salt, and Vulcan’s Fire salt. They also have the friendliest and most helpful staff.

Bought a jar of Ginger Cookie Mix when in town last Dec 2025, baked them up upon return home...and immediately had to order bags of the ginger nibs as this is our favorite cookie now. They also freeze well, for RV traveling purposes. And they make a wonderful Ice cream sandwich dessert with some vanilla ice cream added to the middle...perfect summer dessert!
