Love the products. Some prices are getting crazy

I love the products and the quality but some prices seem high. I recently purchased a dumbbell shelf. The cost of sheet metal with two brackets for 200 dollars seems high. I have no issues with quality or speed of delivery. Everything works great but the cost keeps me from expanding my gym.

Make other home gyms jealous

Picking out what we wanted for our garage gym was fun because of all the options PRx had. We bought almost everything and received an email that it would be delivered as several pallets on a truck. From the get go, the PRx team has been very responsive to our questions and concerns. Unfortunately some of our items came damaged, falling out of boxes on arrival, and even missing some items ordered. Shout out to Kylie from PRx who reached out to us right away after our complaints with picture proofs AND she made it right! We were sent replacement pieces right away and refunded for what we wanted returned. Even as frustrated as we got, we were very happy with the customer service that they truly look out for their customers. We are loving our gym. The whole family uses it. We live in a military base housing, so our space is limited, and PRx has exactly what we needed to have a compact gym. It is worth the investment and recommend the company to everyone else, just for their great customer service alone!
