Good products but terrible customer service

I’ve bought a number of items from them over the years, and have always been very pleased with them. Unfortunately, they have recently joined the crowd that badgers you continually to leave reviews on everything you buy.

The critics are right - it’s fantastic

As another reviewer stated, if you like clouds, this is for you. It is on the warm side during summer, so keep that in mind. Regardless, it’s the best out there and worth the money

Best part of my brand new $13,000 bedding set-up

Got a brand new mattress, sheets, pillows and decided to grab this comforter. My wife and I agree this is the absolute highlight of our new bedding experience. Having a new high quality mattress is wonderful by having this glorious cloud-like comforter really makes the experience. We can’t recommend it enough.
