Super Tender Beef Shank

I am very happy with my purchase of been shank from Apsey Farms. The meat was very tender and flavorful - some of the best shank I have eaten! The shipping was also great...everything arrived frozen and in a nice, reusable carry bag. I definitely plan on ordering more from Apsey Farms.
