The hair itself is perfect. But I am very troubled about the smell I have washed it and deep conditioned it and not sure why it smells like chemicals or something but it stinks. My husband has been complaining and my son walked up to me in the grocery store last night and said that’s the smell it stinks. Being enclosed in the car my pillow etc… I have always bought hair from here and has never had this issue. I installed it 11days ago for my birthday and now I’m taking it out due to the smell. I bought expensive hair spray and heat protectant and it smell good for a moment but once it dried I still smell the smell…no heat just air drying so I’m confused as to why it smells and I paid a good amount of money please help. But the hair itself nice and true to length soft and luscious no shedding.
