I loved my in store experience, love the hair in store, and adore the curl pattern. Unfortunately when I got it installed and started wetting it and using mousse all that softness went out the window. I have a high level of experience with curly hair as I’ve always bought that texture from multiple companies to try it, even have kinkier hair that is softer. So I was highly disappointed when a whole clump of hair came out when I was using conditioner. Unfortunately, this hair is dry and tangles unless there is conditioner always on it. But other than that, the curls are pretty.

Messaged the company about sales week previous, they told me they were unaware of any upcoming sales. I purchased. The week of a sale at full price. Asked if it could be reimbursed told me no. Money hungry is what they are. They never keep anything in stock so you have to buy when you see it. Hate I bought.
